This is the second month my flowers have arrived worse for wear. I let it go last month as I thought that after putting them in water they would be revived, but it wasn't so.

As this month's are the same upon arrival, I'm not letting it go. It's just not good enough.

Disappointment on my delivery today!

My son Mr Keith Warner has been sending me your flowers for the last four years and they have been beautiful but todays flowers are quite disappointing the three stocks have about four to five buds and the others quite squash. I know they take three days to recover as I take photos each time to send to my son.The flowers come regularly every four weeks and at this time of the year flowers everywhere seem to be blooming.I have had many orders from you for friends and family who have all been pleased with them, it was just a bit disappointing to see these today,I know we are not first time customers and I have written to you before expressing how lovely your flowers are and how well they last if you follow your instructions.Thank you for your service Mrs DPWarner

Unsure if order has gone through

Pressed button, order pending. Phone call 1 explained the problem and the operator had details but payment had not gone through.

Transferred me to the payment section then the line cut dead. Phone call 2, different operator. Had to explain again and it took ages to retrieve details before going to payment.

My last order went through with no issues. This experience has altered my opinion of the company and not likely to use again.

Placed a order last week my friends flowers were not received checked my tracking they said flowers were dropped at her address round 2pm I did not get any emails like I normally do to tell me my delivery had arrived delivery address is : miss sue white 19 St John's Redhill Surrey RH16Q, I've had flowers delivered to this address no complaints. Feel very upset as these were a Christmas present plus spent over 40.00 pound on these I hope my order can be replaced or my money reimbursed

Serious Im not satisfied with what you guys done to me how could you guys debited me while telling me that transaction its not successful and after all I didnt get credit alert Im my other bank what all this reason rubbish serious you are guys are thief and Im going to tell all my friends to stop using this bank

Disappointed with two orders I recently placed

I recently placed 2 orders The Alex for my daughter's 32nd birthday (order 12092****) which were delivered on the 27th January and The Winnie as a cheer up for my mother (order 957****) delivered on the 29th January. Neither I considered to be especially cheap, The Alex £54 and The Winnie £34 but having been the recipient of you flowers in the past and having been extremely pleased with them and delighted that they lasted for two weeks plus I was confident in ordering from Bloom &;;;;;;;;; Wild.

However I am extremely disappointed that after only a few days 3 of the roses in my daughter's bouquet had drooped without opening and the whole thing lasted less than a week.

I have just spoken to my who told me that her flowers have also lasted less than a week. I really feel that having spent £88 on flowers they really should have lasted longer and I am afraid I will have to seriously consider ordering from you again or indeed recommending you to friends.
